If you have returned your item to us we advise that from date of delivery or our offices we can take up to 5 working days to process returns.
Once your return is received and inspected our team will process a refund for the item(s).
Returns will be processed in approximately 5 days from date of receipt. Please note that during busy holidays periods there may be a delay in processing returns.
You will receive an e-mail notification once we have completed your return and a refund is immediately issued to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your banking provider the refund/credit can take up to 10 working days to appear on your bank statement.
There are certain situations where only partial refund are granted (if applicable):
- Any item(s) not in the original condition; is damaged, in the incorrect packaging or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item(s) that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
