We used Royal Mail tracked services for all orders. Please following the tracking link in your order shipping email to find the status of your order.
If you have trouble locating your tracking number please reach out to us with your order number through our contact form.
If your tracking says the item has been delivered and you've not received your parcel please contact your neighbours and check any previous safe places used by Royal Mail before contacting us.
If your parcel still cannot be located please contact us and we will raise an investigation with Royal Mail. Please note it can take 5-10 working days for Royal Mail to complete their investigation and provide a response.
