Our warranty covers your sunglasses for 1 year after the purchase of the product. We guarantee against all defects in materials or workmanship, as well as frame breaks that occur during normal use of the sunglasses. Under our warranty, if your sunglasses break, we will replace them at no cost!!
To complete our warranty claim form you'll need:
- Order number if ordered on goodr.co.uk or a receipt/proof of purchased dated within 1-year.
- Photo of the defect/reason for warranty claim
Examples of what we cover...
- Peeling/delamination of the lens.
- Bubbles of imperfections in the lens coating.
- Flaking or deterioration of the lens coating.
- Frame breaking through normal use.
