So sorry for the difficulty you experienced with our payment processors. Please be sure the billing address matches the billing address registered to your payment type. We also offer payments via PayPal if you want to try that route.
Please note that when a transaction attempt is made our payment system places a pending transaction onto the payment method each time an attempt is made. If you have made multiple failed payment attempts there may be multiple pending charges. Don't worry though, we have not collected any money from those failed charges. You should see those pending transactions completely disappear from your account within a couple of business days. Please follow up with your bank if you do not see them removed within the next few days.
